Guiding Principle #2
Technology accessible to everyone!
Guiding Principle #2: Technology should be used to increase access to learning opportunities for all children.
Technology can be an addition or extension to learning when used properly by early learners with the guidance of early educators. can complement or extend. An important concept related to this guideline is Inclusive Classrooms.
These classrooms are designed in a way that students with specials needs, disabilities, or impairments can learn among peers and have an equal opportunity to learn in age-appropriate, general education environments. Inclusive classrooms provide adaptive equipment and furniture, assistive learning and communication devices, and daily living aids and mobility equipment to accommodate all student’s needs.
Our products contribute to these needs and are accessible to every type of early learner. The height adjustable, Mobile Stand Mix, for example, can move up and down to accommodate height or different class structure needs, for creating a learning environment where more early learners have the confidence to express themselves and have easier access to the panel in order to do so.
Not only the Mobile Stand Mix, is suitable for an inclusive classroom, all our BalanceBox® and e·Box® are!
